Leaf Spring Forming Equipment

This station completes the bending and cutting of the head of the steel plate material. When rolling the round ears and Berlin round ears, the steel plate is bent with a curvature radius close to the radius of the ear hole, and the head is cut off. In order to reduce the rotation angle when rolling the ears, the head cutter is tilted 30° to the vertical plane in the head cutting part, and the angle between the two sides of the simulated arc surface of the head cutter is 60°, which increases the ear angle at the head cutting and improves production efficiency.
It consists of a head cutting shearing mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a positioning mechanism and other parts.
The head cutting shearing mechanism consists of a frame, a head cutting cylinder, a guide rail, a slide rail, a head cutting knife and a head cutting R mold.
The clamping mechanism consists of a clamping oil cylinder, a guide rod, and a clamping seat;
The positioning mechanism consists of a center pin adjustment mechanism and a width positioning mechanism.
This station completes the leaf spring rolling work. According to the different forming processes of the leaf spring, the operator can achieve different process performances after adjusting the equipment and replacing the mold. According to the shape of the ear hole, this machine can complete the forming of flat ears and Berlin ears. Flat ears are subdivided into flat round ears and flat wrapped ears (oval), and Berlin ears are subdivided into Berlin round ears and Berlin wrapped ears (oval); according to the forming method, it can be divided into rolling and wrapping due to the use of clamping blocks or rollers.
It consists of a core pulling device, a coiling ear clamping mechanism, a coiling ear rotating mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a length positioning and a lifting mechanism.

The ear curling equipment is used for forming leaf springs with ear thickness (6-20 mm), ear width (50-120 mm), and ear (1000-2000 mm).

Equipment forming leaf spring type
1) Flat curled round earphones
When the curled earphones are on flat curled round earphones and the "Curling mode once/twice" knob is in the "once" position, the standard value of the curling amount is 270°, and the adjustment range is 265° ~275°.
When the curled earphones are on flat curled round earphones and the "Curling mode once/twice" knob is in the "once" position, the standard value of the curling amount is the adjustment range of 225° ~235°.
2) 1/4 flat covered earphones The standard value of the curling amount is 120°
3) Flat covered earphones When the curled earphones are on 3/4 covered earphones, the standard value of the curling amount is 275~280°.
4) Berlin round earphones
When the curled earphones are on Berlin round earphones and the "once/twice" knob of the curling mode is in the "once" position, the standard value of the curling amount is the adjustment range of 220° ~230°. When the earphones are in Berlin round ear style and the ear-rolling mode "once/twice" knob is in "twice", the standard ear-rolling amount is 190° ~200°.
