Zibo Jimeng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Huantai County, known for its rich cultural heritage and strong industrial foundation. Established in 2015, the company covers 8,000 m², including a 4,000 m² standardized production workshop and a 1,000 m² office building.

Enterprise Development History

2015 – Company Establishment
Zibo Jimeng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015, taking environmental protection and energy consumption reduction as its primary technical direction. At the early stage, the company developed environmental protection equipment and identified strong market potential in the foundry industry for reducing emissions and improving production efficiency.

Development of Natural Gas Iron Melting Furnaces
To address the technical gap in the heat treatment industry, the company focused on developing natural gas iron melting furnaces. These furnaces offered significant advantages, including reduced environmental pollution, lower energy consumption, and improved molten iron purity.

Expansion into the Heat Treatment Industry
With changes in market demand, the company gradually entered the heat treatment sector, making natural gas industrial furnaces its main business. Representative products at this stage included heat treatment equipment for automobile leaf springs and engineering machinery coil springs.

Product Range Extension
As market demand continued to grow, the company expanded its heat treatment equipment applications to forging, steel pipes, aluminum alloys, and other industries. Its main products now include regenerative aluminum melting furnaces, regenerative forging furnaces, automobile leaf spring and stabilizer bar heat treatment furnaces, bar and steel pipe walking heating furnaces, round spring heat treatment furnaces, walking heating furnaces, gas-fired trolley furnaces, and box furnaces. The latest walking furnace and semi-automatic bar box heating furnace are designed for low energy consumption, zero emissions, flexible operation, high safety performance, and strong reliability.

Technological Achievements
The company has developed a series of innovative solutions, including gas automation temperature control systems, electric furnace to gas conversion projects, gas-electric dual-purpose heat treatment furnaces, and conversion from coal or hot gas to natural gas. It currently holds 12 utility model patents and was recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise by the Technical Supervision Bureau in 2023.
