• Machining & Fabrication Capabilities
Our workshops are equipped with advanced mechanical drawing systems and precision processing equipment, enabling us to handle casting, forging, welding, and fabrication for a wide range of industrial furnace components and heat treatment lines.
• Assembly & Testing
We integrate assembly processes for various equipment types, including natural gas high-temperature melting furnaces, regenerative step furnaces, leaf spring regenerative end furnaces, large spring regenerative tipping furnaces, and automatic heat treatment production lines. Each system undergoes functional and performance testing before delivery.
• Surface Treatment & Coating
We apply surface finishing and protective coatings to ensure durability, safety, and resistance to industrial wear, meeting the demands of heavy-duty operations.
