Steel structure: Purchase high-quality carbon steel or heat-resistant steel plates for fabricating the furnace body, doors, frame, and other structural parts.

Refractory materials: Select high-performance refractory bricks, ceramic fiber wool, and similar materials for lining the furnace to ensure excellent thermal insulation.

Heating elements: Depending on the energy source, choose electric heating wires (such as nickel-chromium wire) or gas burners to build the heating system.

Transmission system: Manufacture chains, rollers, bearings, and other parts necessary for smooth material transportation inside the furnace.

3. Furnace Body Assembly

After all components are prepared, the main body of the furnace is assembled:

Welding and assembly of the furnace shell: Weld the external steel structure, install the furnace doors and observation windows.

Laying the refractory layer: Lay insulation materials and refractory bricks according to the design to form the furnace chamber.

5. Delivery and Maintenance

After successful commissioning, the equipment is delivered to the user site for installation. The manufacturer typically provides technical training and maintenance support. Regular maintenance tasks for a leaf spring tempering furnace include:

Periodic inspection of heating elements, temperature control instruments, and transmission parts;

Cleaning of carbon buildup and impurities inside the furnace;
