2. The influence of furnace temperature uniformity on product quality
Poor furnace temperature uniformity will affect the quality of the product, which is manifested in the following two aspects:

1. The size of the product is deformed unevenly. If the temperature distribution in the continuous tempering furnace is uneven, it is easy to cause uneven deformation of the product size, and in serious cases, the product cannot be used normally.

2. Unstable mechanical properties. The uneven temperature distribution of the continuous tempering furnace will lead to the uneven structure of the steel, which will adversely affect the mechanical properties, such as fluctuations in strength, toughness, etc.

Therefore, in order to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency, the temperature uniformity of the continuous tempering furnace must meet the standard requirements. During the production process, the temperature uniformity of the furnace can be ensured by regularly checking the temperature distribution of the equipment, replacing faulty equipment, or maintaining the equipment.
