
Forging Furnace
The working principle of the forging heating furnace mainly relies on a power supply device that converts the industrial frequency 50HZ AC into medium frequency (300HZ or more to 20KHZ). This process involves rectifying the three-phase industrial frequency AC into DC, and then converting the DC into an adjustable medium frequency current.
The medium frequency alternating current flowing through the capacitor and the induction coil generates high-density magnetic lines in the induction coil and cuts the metal material contained in the induction coil, thereby generating a large eddy current in the metal material. This eddy current has the properties of medium frequency current, that is, the free electrons of the metal itself flow in the metal body with resistance to generate heat.
Therefore, in this way, the forging heating furnace can effectively heat the metal material to the temperature required for forging.
The forging heating furnace is designed to provide uniform and efficient heating, and its heating method is more energy-efficient than traditional coal furnaces. From room temperature to 1100℃, the power consumption per ton of forging is less than 360 degrees, showing its advantage in energy efficiency.
