Introduction to seamless steel pipe walking beam heating furnace

This series of actions forms a cycle, and the trajectory of the movable
furnace bottom movement is a rectangle. The time of this cycle is called the "cycle", and the distance that the billet moves forward in one movement of the movable furnace bottom is called the "stroke".

The walking beam heating furnace is mainly composed of the following systems:
Furnace structure:
It is built by steel structure frame and refractory materials, and is divided into preheating section, heating section and soaking section;
Stepping device:
It includes walking beam, driving mechanism (hydraulic cylinder/electric push rod), guide structure, etc.;
Combustion system:
It adopts natural gas or coke oven gas burner with proportional adjustment, automatic ignition and flame monitoring;
Control system:
PLC+HMI system realizes heating curve setting, combustion adjustment, temperature control and whole machine linkage;
Entrance and exit device:
steel pipe inlet roller system, out-of-furnace transmission mechanism and roller cooling bed docking equipment;
Heat recovery system (optional):
Use exhaust gas heat to preheat combustion air or billet to improve energy utilization.
